We recognise that no two weddings are the same and therefore do not do "Off The Shelf" packages; instead we prefer to tailor make every wedding ensuring that the Bride & Groom achieve the individuality they wish for. Our aim is to give you the best day of your life and to take the stress out of the process.

Because we recognise that every wedding is unique we can assist you at any stage of your planning right from the very beginning to the last stages of confirming suppliers and also as an 'on-the-day' coordinator should you need that extra pair of hands. Whatever stage you are planning on using us, here are some examples of what you could expect;

Full Planning, Design & Coordination

The full package is for clients who require complete support and experience in assisting them with the planning and coordination of their wedding and by creating a design concept specifically for them. Some of the key elements are;

• Help you find a venue and secure the booking;
• Deal with the suppliers including the florist, caterers, photographers, entertainment etc.;
• Send out invitations for you and collate the replies;
• Deal with the hire of any outfits and ensure they are returned on time;
• Advise on any new trends, suggesting creative ways to make your wedding unique;
• Manage the invoices from suppliers and advise you of the final costs.
• Keep you fully informed throughout the whole process

On-The-Day Coordination

This is a popular choice for couples who have planned their own wedding day but:

• What happens on the big day?
• Do they have to keep their mobile phone close by in case of an emergency?
• Are they constantly worried that the florist won't turn up or that the venue has been dressed incorrectly?

Every bride wants a stress-free day, which is where we can come in to play. By using us as an 'on-the-day' coordinator, we can take care of the day behind the scenes and solve any problems quickly and quietly to ensure everything runs smoothly in exactly the way you want, leaving you to enjoy your Special Day.

In addition to the above examples we are also able to offer many other services including advice and help on choosing a bridal gown; wedding favours; designing and creating your own table plan; booking your honeymoon etc. If there is something specific or unusual that you would like incorporated within your big day, remember that everything is possible and nothing is too much trouble at Emily Ioannou Weddings & Events.

First things first - we would set up a meeting which will give you an opportunity to share your ideas and requirements and to meet us face to face. It is important to us that we get to know you and your tastes, styles and aspirations so that we can transform your vision into a reality. Alternatively you may want us to design your wedding from scratch. Whatever you decide you can rest assured that we never forget this is YOUR wedding and you make all the final decisions. Once we know your requirements we will discuss our fees with you.

Should you wish to proceed, we will firstly assist you in choosing the best location and venue (if required). Following this we can then draw up a personalised schedule for the coming months detailing important dates for decision making from collating your guest list through to collecting the rings! Of course we will also send you little reminders closer to each date!
